@ WE ACCEPT CASH ONLY. No Credit/Debit Cards or checks !!
@ All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final! There are NO returns, refunds, exchanges, guarantees warranties on any item.
@ You agree to enter our sales at your own risk and hold harmless Sunshine Estate Sales of any and all liability of every kind. We are not responsible for you in any way, shape or form as result when you are buying or attending our sales.
@ Please leave your purses in your car when attending our estate sales. Tote bag will need to be shown to cashing when leaving the sale.
@ Cashier has the right to use their discretion on final prices or refuse the sale of any item.
@ When entering our sale you consent to being video taped on premises with any security camera's. Shoplifting and tag switching will not be tolerated and prosecuted to the full extent.
@ Please bring your own help to move and load your items / larger furniture to your car. You must move and load your own items ! We do not help load or move any items.
@ We do accept Street numbers but we do NOT pass them out. Typically one of our first customers will be out front passing out numbers, so look for them in line or in one of the car!!
@ We do not own any of the items posted for the sale. ALL items may be subject to the homeowners final decision on pricing and the availability.
@ Please NO PHONE CALLS or EMAILS asking us on prices or sizes on items !! WE DO NOT give prices or details over the phone and internet !!!
We are often working hard to prep multi sales at the same time and we do not have all this information memorized !! You will need to visit the sale to get any information available about the item.
