Description & Details

Great Manitou Beach Estate Sale. This Cottage is over 88 years old. There are some very neat items throughout the home. This cottage will be for sale after the estate sale is over. Interested parties can leave their name and phone number with the work staff.

Please Note: The lighting in the home is VERY POOR. There is also limited electrical plugs to use for lamps and extra lighting. We will do our best with lighting but please understand its beyond our control. 

There are cameras throughout the property being monitored for theft. We will prosecute if anyone is caught switching tags or stealing and they will be banned for life from ever coming to our sales. 

Also, NO appliances will be for sale at this home. 

Parking is very limited as we are in between Devils Lake and Round Lake. PLEASE, be respectful when parking in front of neighbors homes and only parallel parking is allowed in the area. Driveway is for picking up large items.
