We are not responsible for accidents, never give out prices over the phone or give early sales. No numbers at door, sale starts at 9:00 AM sharp. First day prices are firm and second day, prices will be reduced in the afternoon. We price our items to sell, so that you are happy and our clients are happy. Cash only or local checks with proper ID. All sales are final. When our sales are one day sales, prices are reduced in the afternoon, 2 hours prior to closing.

This is a wonderful sale with well maintained, clean, items.  This 1922 house is being demolished for a new home and original furnishings are being offered. There is exceptional wicker furniture throughout the house,  all original (I have conducted sales for 25+ years and this is outstanding wicker). Wicker includes: floor lamp, couch, loveseat, rockers, chairs, planters, table lamps, tables.

The decorative items include large Pewabic vase, antique doorstops, Limoges, lamps, a carved flying fish by Pitcairn artist Henry Young a direct descendant of Bounty Mutineer Edward Young, Royal Doulton fishermen figurines, antique Walpole sweetgrass baskets,  ship and boat models,  antique wicker steamer trunk, wall mirrors.

Furniture: bedroom items (dressers, side tables, birds eye maple vanity and matching chest of drawers, a lovely buffet (this would be perfect for a large screen TV ), and oak round table, Chairs, kitchen island.

Other items: all of the window valences and sheers will be for sale they are still hanging on windows,  kitchen items, bedding.  Much more including nautical books.

Garage: Lots of gardening, a precise fit tow wagon, Huffy mens  bike, Ramp set for pick up, Steelheader fishing rods, ladders, small tools, Marble Gladstone knife.
