We ONLY ACCEPT our own sign-up sheets. If you place your name on the list, you MUST stay within sight of the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not be giving numbers at this sale; we will only use the sign-up sheet.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT give pricing information before sales. Any emails or phone calls regarding pricing will be answered after opening hours of the first day of the sale.

We will be open 6:30PM to 8:30PM on Thursday, May 30 and 9AM to 3PM on Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1.
There is limited parking in the driveway, please park on the inbound side of the street and driveway only. Do not block fire hydrants, driveways or mailboxes. Do not drive on the grass. Absolutely no parking in the round-a-bout. Thank you in advance for respecting our neighbors.
