*Update* because of the sheer volume of items, the pathways through the home are very small. We will only be able to have 10 people at a time in the home itself. We have a large tent, a two car garage and a 10x12 shed filled to the brim with treasures. I will have coffee and some donuts for the early birds that need a little something while they wait. *We are unable to have a restroom, for public use.  There is a speedway gas station a block away and also a plethora of fast food places less than a mile from the location.*

We have worked very hard to be able to organize price and get the sale ready for you. Please just ask us questions and we will be happy to answer. 

There will be holding tables at the cash out tables, We can put sold and your name on it so you do not have to carry it about with you. We have totes to put your items in. Please bring wrapping materials and your own bags if you can:) 

First Day pricing is firm! We have almost all prices at fair market or below, We do tons of research to make sure of this. We do due diligence to make it a great sale first and foremost for our client but also to all of the wonderful customers.
