- Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties.
- There will be no prices given out prior to the sale.
- The property owners and House of Memories Estate Services are not responsible for any accidents.
- We will assist with vehicle loading when available...so please bring help for moving larger items during the first few hours of the sale. Thank you!
- If an item has to be left at the house for a later pick-up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- House of Memories is committed to offering all items we find to you first...we DO NOT buy early. The customers will always have the first shot at everything : )
FIRST DAY OPENING ENTRY:
- WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING OR ACCEPTING ANY SIGN-UP LISTS. Please arrive at the sale site as early as you are comfortable and line up to receive an entry number.
- We will begin handing out entry numbers at 8am on Thursday, March 21 . These numbers will be used to line customers up to enter the sale in the order in which they arrived.
- These entry numbers are only used for the initial line-up and entry, when the sale opens on DAY ONE.
- We will then open the sale at 9am on Thursday, March 21.

What an AMAZING sale we have in store for you! We don't see many farm sales like this, and we are so blessed and excited to be working with this family! This family's history reaches back to the Depression, and lots of the items found on this farm date back to that era. There are two farm tractors for sale, which were once used to operate numerous implements still found on the property. Some of them have seen their good days, but they would make fantastic art pieces or yard decor! Still other accessories are fully functional, along with the two 1950s Ferguson tractors...both running and in great condition! Also included in this sale are HUNDREDS of wooden beer and soda crates, once used for local blueberry picking. There are around 40 different brands represented, with lots of multiples!
The other piece of this estate puzzle is the home situated near the road featuring two stories and a basement, which are all full of vintage treasures! From household goods and decor, mid-century furniture, vintage kitchen items, electronics, vintage toys, and more. Also, according to our clients, we believe the house will not be saved after the estate sale, so we are able to sell anything in or attached to the house...cupboards, appliances, doors, sinks, light fixtures, even windows! Of course, depending on the item, we may have to schedule a time for items to be retrieved. But come with an open mind...if you see it in the house, we can probably sell it to you : )
This sale will not disappoint, so mark your calendars for Thursday March 21, Friday March 22, and Saturday March 23! It will be an event to remember!

- Two 1950s Ferguson tractors: a TO-30 (around 1954), and a TO-35 (around 1958). Both are in great condition and are both running!
