We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.

Our Midland customers have been having an absolute ball lately and these sales are getting better and better. This Midland estate has lots and lots of newer furniture, bedroom furniture, leather couches, leather recliner/sectional and leather up-to-date chairs/recliner, living room furniture, CURVED screen TV, leather kitchen or bar barstools, Danish modern corner cabinet and small bookcase and housewares, and everything in-between, all in excellent condition.
You could spend half a day shopping in the basement alone. Don't forget the garage with a super nice BBQ, mountain bike and more. For those of you who like clean estates and enjoy finding nice things that you can use every day, this is the sale! We are changing the typical view of estate sales and if you have not attended a FORESTER sale yet, you need to check it out!
