All items won must be picked up by appointment on Thursday, February 25 or Friday, February 26 at our satellite location in the Midland Mall. All items sell as-is with no warranty or guaranty. If you have a question regarding an item please call or make plans to attend the preview on Wednesday, February 24 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Midland Bid Junkies is not responsible for accidents before, during or after the auction. Auctioneer acts as selling agent only and assumes no guarantees or liabilities. All items must be removed within the time period specified.
