Midland Bid Junkies has been commissioned to settle the estate of long time residents on S. 8 Mile Road in Midland, Michigan. This auction is open for bidding and will end on Wednesday, June 14 beginning at 7 p.m. Auction will end using the soft close method with a 3 minute extension on lots if a lot is bid on within the last 3 minutes of closing.

Winning bidders must pick up & pay for their items won on Friday, June 16. This is an onsite online auction at a house that has sold, therefore, pick up day is limited to one day. No access will be given after this day. Please make sure you can pick up items on Friday, June 16 or make arrangements for someone to pick up & pay on Friday, June 16 prior to bidding. Items will not be removed from house for pick up elsewhere.
