Greater Midland Community Center Online Auction

Osborne Auction Service LLC is excited to announce our partnership with the Greater Midland Community Center in selling all items related to the day-to-day operation of the center. The GMCC has been blessed by the Midland Community with the ability to build a new facility which will open in May. After the new facility is opened, the old 1954 building will be decommissioned and all usable assets sold through auction so they can be rehomed, reused or recycled. New construction has been going on while the old building continues to be in use. This catalog was processed as the building, equipment and accessories were being used to limit the impact on members' use. Now the time has come for everything to be sold through online auction as the old building sees it's last month of use. The transition will be quick, so your help and attention to details is important. Once the auction closes, we will only have May 11-18 for pick up by appointments. After this date, the building will be turned over to the demolition crew to prepare the site for a new parking lot before winter.  

Pick ups will be conducted differently due to logistics, parking and safety. The building will be divided into zones and certain areas will be designated for pick up on certain days. Each lot indicates what day that particular item(s) is scheduled for pick up. Please pay close attention to the informational lots and the lot details by clicking on the pictures in the catalog.
