All sales are on a first come, first serve basis. However, an official early access sign-up sheet will be posted, at the sale location, by 6:00 pm prior to each sale day. This policy has been created to ensure a fair opportunity for all. It is also intended to eliminate the need to be outside, in advance of opening, possibly waiting in inclement weather and temperatures.
SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS: By signing in and/or entering the property and/or premise of any Treasures on Townsend LLC business and/or sale event held on any other property or premise, you agree that "You enter at your own risk and will not hold Treasures on Townsend LLC or any home or property owner liable for any personal injuries." If you purchase an item that you cannot lift, move, carry or load in your car, please bring helpers with you and have your transporting needs ready and available. The Treasures on Townsend team is prohibited from assisting with lifting, moving, carrying or loading.
INQUIRIES ABOUT ITEMS AVAILABLE IN A SALE: No information regarding items at a sales event will be disclosed before, during and after a sale via phone calls, texts, emails, etc... Your interest is appreciated, however, the fast pace and short time span of each sale event requires the entire Treasures on Townsend team to focus on those physically attending the sales event.
