Please read fully—Cash or check with MI ID, no credit or debit cards. We are not responsible for moving large items. All sales are final and all items are sold as is. We can make arrangements to open the house if you cannot take the items the day of sale. We are not responsible for accidents.

We will not hand out numbers. Sign-up sheet will be available after 7:00 p.m. the night prior to sale. There will be a separate sign up sheet to view the guns, one person at a time, beginning at 10am. CPL preferred for rifles and required for pistols.

We will not be doing a half off sale, but will entertain reasonable offers on most items.
