***Certain merchandise may be excluded from our discount policy including but not limited to gold, sterling, coins, firearms, lawn tractors, vehicles, trailers, etc. Items such as these will be reduced no lower than wholesale cost and/or MM will be accepting bids.

CHECK-OUT:
Check-Out will be located under the large blue pop-up tent in the yard.
A bid box will be located at check out; please fill out our form and place your max bid during sale hours.

> EARLY REGISTRATION
Early Registration will begin Wednesday, June 15th @ 6:00pm outside the home and clearly marked. Signing this sheet grants first entry into the home at 9:00am on Thursday, June 16th. We will allow the first 25 people on the list into the home and slowly let other customers in as space allows.
• In numerical order legibly print your first name and last initial on the roster; only one name per line please.

> REMOVAL OF LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS
You are required to bring manpower to haul ALL heavy, large or bulky purchases from property.
All items MUST be removed before 2:00pm on Saturday, June 18th.

• Our team is vaccinated.
• We are counting on you to keep yourself & others safe.
• Maintain a safe distance from others; the sale has been set up to increase personal space while you shop.
• Do not attend our event if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or if you have recently been exposed to the virus.

Mid-Michigan Estates is not responsible for accidents, injury or theft on or around the premises. Please use caution and personal discretion while attending our event. Lock your vehicle & supervise your purchases.

• Unfortunately, we are under contract and unable to sell ANY Estate Sale Items before 9:00am on Thursday, June 16th, 2022.

• If you cannot attend our sale in person and wish to purchase from our company, you may order by phone during sale hours ONLY.
** If merchandise is available for sale at the time of call, customer must secure purchase with credit card payment. Shipping is available upon request; customer will be charged calculated cost.
