We have changed the method of entry back to the number system. We will accept street numbers as we did before.

Please line up in the order of your number 15 minutes before 1pm. We will allow 20 people in at a time because of the size of the house. Please be respectful of others and keep your social distance inside the house and while waiting in line. Hand Sanitizer provided upon entry.

Bring help to load and dissemble large items.

Stay home (especially if you're sick) unless you absolutely need to leave.
If you are out and about, keep your distance from others (about six feet). Avoid groups of 10 or more.
Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough (into your elbow or use a tissue).
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. A lot. You can use hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol if you're on the go.
Clean and disinfect areas in your home you frequently touch.

ALL SALES FINAL! We do not quote prices for items over the phone or by email. No returns. Items sold as is, where is. Prices and inventory are subject to change. Americana has the right to refuse the sale of any item for any reason. It is your responsibility to verify all items to be what you expect them to be. No Hoarding. You buy what you pile or buy nothing. Hours are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. A sale is finalized when the buyer says that they are buying a particular item to a crew member of Americana and that item is paid for. When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk and hold harmless Americana Estate Sale Inc. of any and all liability of every kind. Americana Estate Sales Inc. is not responsible for you in any way, shape or form as a result of your attending any of our sales. Americana is not responsible for non functioning items you purchase. Please verify the item works before you pay.

We are NOT responsible for your purchases. Items that are left behind after purchased, and not picked up before the end of the sale will be donated.
