Fabulous estate sale, near the Village of Milford, offering a wide variety of items...but, especially items for anyone who is into woodworking or art....The gentleman who lived there was a fine woodworker/carpenter and loved aviation....and made toy airplanes and tons of items that are for sale in the home...The garage is just loaded with lumber/carpenter-hobbyist pieces of milled wood (see photos)...We have not gotten into it yet, but have been told there are many different types of hardwoods, including walnut and some wide plank, solid pieces of wood that you can not find anymore...We saw some pieces that are approx. 18" wide by 10' long by an inch or more....BEAUTIFUL PIECES OF LUMBER !!!...some old power tools and hand tools including a 1926 Stanley #358 mitre saw..Look at pics because there is so much !!!  The woman who lived in the home was a very fine artist...and...there is a separate 2 story artist studio and an art room on the first floor of the home with some art supplies and unique, interesting items...Art tables, different types of paper...again, we have just started into it, but will be adding pics of everything right up to the beginning of the sale...100's of books, including art books....Many beautiful pieces of furniture, including an 1801 Georgian Oak Welsh Dresser-George III period,  signed on the edge of both cupboard shelves "WG*1801" which I  believe stands for William Gates, a royal cabinet maker who is known to have supplied commodes to the Prince of Wales, later George IV for his apartment at the Queens House, St. James Park, later rebuilt as Buckingham Palace.......in wonderful original condition, pineapple poster bed, harp table, ladder back chairs, 4 Hitchcock chairs- 3 ebony and 1 John Adams House special chair,etc...TOYS-Playskool, chatter monk, approx. 6 Buddy-L and Tonka trucks, Murray tricycle, sleds, ..AND A SCHWINN CORVETTE BOYS BICYCLE-GREAT CONDITION......many others....vintage baby buggy and stroller and dolls including 3 Vintage Madame Alexander dolls.....Cameras and lenses....Mens and womens (unused) golf clubs....old lawn art.....Lots of china and pottery including Weller, Lenox, Limoges, Belleek, several Hummels and other figurines....Fenton Hobnail Cranberry Lamp shades....Aladdin Lamp..many other lamps.....Beautiful teacups and saucers including Royal Albert, Aynsley, Royal Doulton........kitchen items, etc....We just got done with the linens, which you would not believe....tablecloths and napkins, sheets, pillowcases, hankies, towels, etc.-beautiful quality vintage pieces and many still with the tags from Hudsons....mens and womens designer blouses, shirts, coats, etc., many still with tags...shoes, belts, etc....including a Buckskin coat and beautiful Pendleton sweater....great Guild guitar in case...old banjo...vintage childrens clothes....very old clown outfit......AND.... a 2002 HONDA CRV...66,700 miles, LX trim package, 4 wheel drive, automatic...really nice condition....Much more info and loads of pics will be added right up to the beginning of the sale..SO PLEASE KEEP CHECKING BACK !!....Numbers will be available very early on Thursday, the first day of the sale, at the end of the driveway...We do not accept street numbers...This is a "CASH SALE" only...Thursday, the first day will be full price, Friday will be 25% off and Saturday will be 50% off....This will be a fabulous sale...AND THERE ARE 1000'S OF ITEMS...please plan on attending !!
