Everything is sold as is, and all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. We, nor the homeowner, are responsible for any injuries or liabilities that may occur during pick up. You will be entering the property at your own risk.

Large Items~ Please bring help and/or supplies (carts, dollies, etc. are not provided) with you to load large items. We will not be available to assist moving of items in any was. So, please make sure to secure help for loading as we cannot be available to do so.
