-Please note that you will be responsible for retrieving large items. Some of the items in this sale are in the basement, in barns or on property. The basement has easy access; however, it's your responsible for bringing the items up the stairs to your vehicle. Other items may be in the basement, upstairs, or on property, during your scheduled pick-up appointment we will guide you to your winnings. Bring help if you need, hand carts, and/or dollies.
-SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR SMALLER / shippable ITEMS. SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. ITEMS WILL BE DROPPED AT A UPS STORE AND THE WINNING BIDDER WILL BE CONTACTED WITHIN A FEW DAYS FOR THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING & PACKING with a $5.00 charge for transport/ handling. Please note this will be invoiced separately from the auction. We will only make two attempts to ship.
-Any items not picked up will be considered forfeited with no refund. If you cannot pick up on these dates, please contact us prior to bidding. Please also review your order promptly while picking up.
-Please view all photos carefully for condition details. If you have any questions about an item's condition, please ask us prior to bidding.
-You must provide your own bags, wrapping, packing material, boxes and movers. We are not responsible for packing or moving your items. If you win a large item, you must bring moving help. It is your responsibility to load your own vehicle.
