We will arrive at approximately 8:30 am on Friday to hand out OFFICIAL NUMBERS. When handing out OFFICIAL NUMBERS, we will honor street numbers only for those customers still in line at that time. You must be present to receive an official number.
Large purses, backpacks, and other "carry-ons" are not permitted. We do supply hold areas where you may collect your purchases prior to final check-out.
We do not give out prices for items before the sale. No early Sales. All sales are final. Payment is accepted in cash and or check with valid Michigan Driver's License. You must attend the sale if you are interested in an item.
The driveway is to be used as loading and unloading ONLY. Parking is first come first serve where you can find it. All articles must be removed before the end of the sale. We will provide assistance in moving standard and smaller items, however large items will require you to provide labor and/or professional m
