Numbers will be given out the first day of the sale BY 8:00 a.m. to those waiting in line. We will honor one sign up sheet. Those who sign up are expected to remain near the sale premises until numbers are given out. Everything is sold on a first come first serve basis. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, sold

Parking will be on Lakeshore Drive as there are limited parking spaces at the condo unit.
