Please note starting time for all three days is 9:00 a.m.

There will be a sign up sheet at the residence at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 17, 2018. Once your name is on the list you must stay on or near the residence. NO LEAVING THE AREA, IF YOU LEAVE YOUR NAME COULD BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST. Numbers will be handed out at 8:00, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO GET YOUR NUMBER. Once you receive your number at 8:00 a.m., you can leave the property, BUT YOU MUST BE BACK BY 9:00 TO ENTER THE HOUSE. Doors will open promptly at 9:00 by order of number. Instructions and directions will be announced when numbers are handed out.

All items sell as-is, with no warranties from the owner or Eastown Antiques. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Please bring help to load the larger items. Please no parking in the driveway of the home, driveway will be for loading only.
