Description & Details
Muskegon, October 15th through 17th — a once-in-a-lifetime firearms event. Guns, guns, and more guns: a serious collection spanning decades, including standout pieces from the early 1900s, with the best of the best verified at high confidence. Names you'll recognize. Models collectors chase. This is the kind of lineup that doesn't come around twice.
Beyond the iron, the house is loaded with housewares across every room, and a jewelry collection is still being catalogued — not pictured yet, but coming, and worth the wait.
Early entry for firearms only opens at 7 AM. That's guns and ammunition exclusively — no access to the rest of the house until the full sale begins at 8:30 AM. So if the long guns and handguns are your mission, be there at seven.
Regular admission at 8:30, and the whole house opens up: firearms, housewares, and everything else under one roof. Items are still being unboxed and many pictures are coming so check back. NO EARLY SALES but owner of contents to still verify upon unboxing items they will be keeping so we will do our best to remove any pictures as we become aware.
Don't miss it. October 15th, 16th, and 17th, Muskegon.
FIREARM BUYERS - WHAT TO BRING
You must be a Michigan resident, 18 or older, with a Michigan driver's license or state ID.
If you have a valid Michigan CPL, bring it. It covers rifles, shotguns, and handguns.
If you don't have a CPL, bring a Michigan License to Purchase from your local police or sheriff. You need one for each gun, and it has to be from the last 30 days.
If you're buying a rifle or shotgun, a background check run by a licensed dealer in the past 5 days also works.
If you're a licensed dealer or a Michigan police officer, bring your license number.
If you live out of state, we can't release a gun to you.
A temporary CPL or a CPL receipt doesn't count.
Then we fill out the Michigan sales record together and both sign it. No gun leaves until that's done.
If you bought a handgun, return your copy within 10 days, as the form says.
For firearms: cash or card only, no checks. Cards add a 3% fee. All sales final and as-is.
Estates by Vern is the estate's sales agent, not the seller and not a gun dealer. This is general information, not legal advice.
