Sign up sheet will be posted on Wednesday Evening by 5p. Prices are firm on opening day, with 30% off on Friday and 50% off on Saturday. Please ask about bidding on a selected item that you feel you may want to take a chance that it may not sell for the asking price.
Because this is a very quiet neighborhood I am asking that if you sign up early and if you live close, please return a few minutes before the sale opens at 9:00 am. If you are late returning and your name has been called, you will then be next in line to enter. As always, No smoking, food or drink in house. Lots of on the street parking. Please call if you think you may have a problem finding us! 231 750-8228. Driveway is for pickups only!
