- We accept cash and Venmo. NO CHECKS.
- Parking is available in the field in front of the house. Please use caution if parking on the road, the ditches are very deep.
- Bathrooms are NOT available for public use.
- Young children must be with an adult at all times.
- Everything sold on a first-come, first-served, "as is", or "where is" basis. All sales are final.
- Bring help to load large items. ALL items must be removed by the end of the sale on Sat.
- Enter at your own risk. We are NOT responsible for accidents or injuries on site. Please watch your step!
- Announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over written advertised notice.
- Do not block the driveways, mailboxes and/or garbage cans. Kindly be respectful of everyone's property.
- No pre-sales.
