Items sold must be removed from property during the hours of the sale unless otherwise arranged.
The buyer is responsible for removing large items and loading them for transport.
Any announcements made the day of the sale have precedence over any prior written ads.
Sign up sheet will be set up at 3 pm the day prior to the first day of the sale.
Numbers will be passed out at 8:30 am on the first day of the sale. If you are not there when we call your name, we will move on to the next person and you will go to the end of the list.
