➤ We do not pre-sell (unless our client gives us the go ahead, which will be stated in description) nor do we give out prices before or during sale.
➤ Trident Way honors street numbers but we do not pass them out.
➤ Depending on the size of the home, space, etc. we only allow so many customers in at a time due to security reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
➤ We accept Apple, Samsung, Android Pay and all major credit cards with a 3% fee. We do not except checks.
➤ All items are sold as is - no returns or refunds.
➤ Unfortunately there are no public restrooms available at our sales.
➤ Trident Way is embodied by all women so please be mindful when purchasing large items by bringing your own help.
➤ We offer a moving man service to deliver any size items for a small fee.

Description & Details
This is a strictly online estate sale for a client who is unable to host an in-home sale. All items have been carefully moved to a secure storage unit located near 23 Mile and Gratiot in Chesterfield Township.
All purchases must be completed online prior to pickup. Pickup details will be provided after payment.
Shipping is available for small items for an additional fee.
We are happy to answer questions by phone; however, items must be paid for before pickup. Thank you for understanding and for shopping with Trident Way Estate Sale.
