We are CASH only, with the exception of the Trailer & Snowmobiles must be paid with a National Bank Cashiers Check . Entrance to the home will be through the garage. Please do not use the front door. The home owner lives onsite. Please do not disturb them prior or after the sale hours. Please do not enter the back yard. The home owner has dogs that will NOT be removed until the sale starts and will return after the sale closes. We are not responsible for any damages or accidents while on the property. Enter the home and property at your own risk. Bring  help to load all items. No returns or refunds. Please check all items to ensure they work, have no missing or broken pieces before purchasing. All sales are final. Home owner lives onsite. Street numbers will be honored, if you are the first person on site and you start the numbers you must stay and maintain the street numbers. No early entry, no early sales, no holds. Please be mindful that there is a fire hydrant in the front yard. Please follow all Michigan laws regarding parking. There will be a few parking spaces on one side of the  yard. For additional parking please park on the dirt road across the street (Dickinson St). Do not park on the shoulder/side of the main road as it is not permitted by law. We are not responsible for any traffic/parking violations. Please do NOT park in the driveway it is for loading ONLY.
