The owner of this large estate was an avid woodworker, specializing in making clocks, a metallurgist, and he loved computers and electronics. When the stairs to the lower level work shop became too tough, he built an adjacent work shop and duplicated all of the machinery. Much of this equipment is commercial grade and never used commercially -- hobby level of use. This is a real total estate liquidation with no reserves.
