I have the honor of doing her estate sale..and I must tell you it’s been so exciting for me and my team members! May I say..without them I would not have been able to make this sale possible..we are thrilled to have worked endless hours to make this look beautiful for all of you…

First..I don’t know where to start…the home is FULL of ONE OF A KIND items…Gracie’s taste was fun..elegant and whimsy..she has antiques from her Mother in this home also.
As you walk in you see a kitchen and living room full of furniture…and glassware…china..crystal…CAPODIMONTE Porcelain…antique walnut drop leaf table…Imported Elephant tables..Victorian pink velvet arm chair…three gold connecting coffee tables..a ELEGANT SWAN fainting couch…and this room is accented with a huge Capodimonte lamp!

We have a downstairs that is also full of furniture..a two piece sectional..the most beautiful black retro chaise chair that vibrates…a carved wood table shaped like the base of a tree…and TWO OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOOR LAMPS that my eyes have ever seen…brass birds…and accented on another table is two BEAUTIFUL Capodimonte and crystal lamps! You must see to believe…

Upstairs..in this bedroom is a velvet yellow small sofa and a matching bench....black lacquer dresser..desk…small dresser…and wardrobe..and a canopy bed.. all of these pieces are accented with hand painted flowers.

This bedroom has two closets FULL of designer clothes..then another armoire ..rack full of genuine furs and vests…the other bedroom has two more closets full of elegant dresses..jumpsuits…leather items…from St John to you name it…what a treasure hunt this will be! Also a table full of designer handbags..and shoes..then there’s JEWELRY..without a doubt at least 150 pieces..lots of Sterling..Turquoise..designer pieces..crystal and rhinestones! Please note: there is VINTAGE CLOTHING IN THIS SALE ALSO. Gracie had a very creative and unique style!

The carpeted garage is also Full! Elephant table with cougar print high back chairs..complete set of green lacquer bedroom furniture. One of the most unique and beautiful lacquer hand painted Grandfather clocks you will ever see! Vintage cream wicker couch..and another burgundy wicker sofa with flower cushions..another set of dressers..and a great arrangement of vintage furniture…also a nice vintage sofa and two chairs and side table…(perfect for a cabin)..beautiful black fabric sofa and chair…and an exceptional rug with leather backing..that has now become a wall hanging! This home is full of treasures!
