Niles Estate Sale

What an incredible sale this will be!!! A ton of fun and awesome items!!

Attention Hand gun Buyers: Thanks to even more strict laws by the Government to hinder honest gun owners, you will need a Concealed Pistol License or a License to Purchase to purchase a handgun and then will need to go to Randy's Guns in Niles, MI to complete the legal transfer of the gun. YOU WILL PURCHASE AND PAY for the gun at the estate sale, we will then transfer the gun to the gun shop where you will complete the required paperwork. Please note, there is a $50 fee at the gun shop to complete the paperwork and legal transfership.

We will have a signup sheet out the morning of the sale for day one, and you MUST be present when we issues our numbers. We will begin our OWN sign up list at 7:00 AM. We will NOT recognize a customer created list, so get in line and we will issue a list beginning at 7:00 AM. You form your own line, we are not involved until 7:00 AM. No confusion, sorry hate to be this way but we will avoid all confusion. We will have the sign up table marked, so you will know where to form the line. We only issue one number per person, so if you are with someone, they need a number also. We allow numbers 1-10 in first then four more numbers every minute after until all numbers have been exhausted. There is NOT a number list for day two.
Day one is full price as marked on the tag, day two is 1/2 off on most items, Cadillac, Gator, John Deere Riding Mower will NOT be reduced to 1/2 price.

Cash, check with driver's license only, credit cards accepted with 5% convenience fee. We have help onsite to load larger pieces.
NOTE: Do to a recent uptick in receiving bad checks, you MUST provide a driver's license when writing a check.

ALL ITEMS NEED TO SELL, and sell as-is where is with no warranties or guarantees.
