Terms

Numbers will be issued Wednesday morning BY 9:00 a.m. to those waiting in line. I will honor one sign-up sheet. Everything sold on a first-come, first-served basis. ALL SALES FINAL. Everything is sold "AS IS", and "WHERE IS". So, bring muscle to remove heavy objects (we cannot help). Appliance removal must be done with an appliance dolly (you must provide). Items are to be removed during regular sale hours, unless special arrangements are made. We are not responsible for accidents.
We will close on Thursday for 30 minutes (2:00 - 2:30).
Payment options include cash, good LOCAL check (with ID), and major credit cards. There is no surcharge for using a credit card. We only accept local checks from established customers. Thank you!
