This liquidation estate sale will include all of the Art, Furniture, Fixtures and Accessories inside this Historic building in Northville Michigan!

We have been sorting, organizing and preparing for a great sale, EVERYTHING MUST GO. There will not be another sale. All pieces will be first come first serve, cash and carry (we also accept credit cards!) Prices will be reduced each day as they would be at a regular estate sale and we will also have an offer box available.

Each Piece is sold as-is where-is. Each piece in this gallery was purchased by the late owner and is presented to be what it is signatures or marks, with no guarantees.

There are hundreds of pieces of art in this sale. the date range on most of the art is from the 1850s-1950s This gallery specialized in Michigan and northern art, so as you could imagine there is a great deal of famous local artist. We have not compiled a full list of artist and we will add names to the list below as they become available.
