Entrance to the sale will be limited to a predetermined number of customers in order of arrival and shopping time may be limited based on number of waiting guests. No large purses, bags or heavy coats will be permitted inside the theatre due to narrow aisles between sale items. Cash only accepted for purchases under $200, credit cards will be accepted for over $200 (4% fee added to credit card purchases). Thank you in advance for coming to our sale!

Please Note: Sale items with tear-off tags (i.e. antiques on the stage) must be paid for immediately or risk sale to another customer. Selected items must be removed from the property at time of purchase unless other arrangements with management have been made. Please bring help to load large items if needed.

Marquis Theatre and/or staff members & assistants are not permitted to help move purchased items and cannot be held responsible for accidents inside or on the property. When attending our estate sale customers & guests agree to enter at their own risk.
