You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  Not all items are going to be priced, part of this sale is a treasure hunt, please be respectful of that.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.

6)  PLEASE FOLLOW PARKING DIRECTIONS.  THIS IS NONE NEGOTIABLE.

7)  PLEASE, BRING GLOVES, AND A FLASHLIGHT, AND WEAR APPRORIATE SHOES, AND CLOTHING.

 

Ok, so this one is going to be a lot of fun, crazy busy and full of excitement.  We always like to try to and improved ways to make sales happen, and keep the good times going.  This estate sale is going to be one of those times.  We did say that we are going to make 2024 a fun and memorable year, so here we go, and this one is going to take the cake.

So what we have here is a Pole Barn Estate Sale, yes, the sale is going to be held in pole barn, which is actually three poles barns all tied together into one, with three different areas.  So with that being said, we have cleaned, and cleaned, and scrubbed, and move, and organized and priced (most items are priced, the rest is going to be a treasure hunt).

We do ask that you dress accordingly for this sale.  This sale is in a pole barn, and parking will also be on the grass, so please following the parking attendant precisely.

We are going to make this one a lot of fun.  We have 10,000 or more items to look at and see.  Some of the items will be priced, and some will have signs noting the price as well.  We have done this type of sale previously, and it was a lot of fun.  We will have a price sheet at the cash register, so you know that we are just not making up prices as we go along.

Part of the fun of this sale is the amount of items that we have, yes we will have some free items, yes items are going to be very well priced, like we always, do but you know that we are going to be very fair, and very honest when it comes to making deals.

So if you are a picker, a thrifter, collector, or just plain love a treasure hunt, then this sale has you covered.  We have boards, and paint, and scrap metal and copper (nothing is free, but if you are a scrapper, we can certainly make this worth your time).

I know that we say this each and every time, but this time take heed, you will need to look at each and every single one of the pictures.  Some are before pictures, some are after pictures, some are duplicates, some are not, some inspire, some make you go wow.

We have over 2,200 square feet of tools, and tooling equipment, you will not be disappointed by the amount or quality of tools that we have to offer.

In closing, just so you know, this is going to be a very exciting very fun treasure hunt of an estate sale that is held in a pole barn.  It is going to be simply remarkable, and amazing.  So, pack a snack, bring a beverage, and a nice cheery disposition, and lets have a great time.  Remember, follow the parking attendant.

Landscapers, we have free landscape bricks, and all other items that you may need as well.

Dry seasoned firewood and kindling too.  Again, nothing is free, but we will make it worth your while to stop by and shop.
