You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

You will be responsible for the removal of all items that you purchase.  Should you require assistance to move furniture out of the home, an additional fee will be applied.  Staffing will be limited at this sale.  Please do bring assistance to move furniture.

 

Welcome to our second Estate Sale of 2025, and yes once again, we are in Northville.  This neat and clean home, is just loaded with all kinds of wonderful Americana treasures, and furniture.  Let us be honest, this home is PACKED with treasures.  If you thought that our first sale was packed, well, this one is even more packed.

We have some of the most amazing collectibles that we have ever seen.  We have lots of Americana smalls, mediums and larges.  We have some of the best pieces of period furniture that we have ever seen as well.  This entire home is a walk back in time, when items were handmade, and crafted with care and love.  No knockoffs here at this sale, no by golly no.

The furniture items are incredible, and the decorative pieces are simply outstanding too.  So if you are looking for period pieces, just a huge fan of salt ware pottery, jugs, crocks, and wooden figurines, then this is the sale for you.

Everything is pristine, and these items are simply not store bought items either!  These are artisan pieces, crafted with pride and love.

We have a really nice, super clean, and in working condition, upright freezer too!

We do have some really remarkable contemporary pieces of furniture as well, more up to date if you will.  You will certainly have to understand, that this remarkably clean and smoke free home is just outstanding.  All of the loving pieces in this home, are looking for a new outstanding home to celebrate in.

We also have a very nice selection of women's clothing as well.  All in great condition, and of the highest quality.  We actually have closets filled with some of the best women's clothing possible.  Most sizes are L/XL/18-20.  But do not let that scare you, some of those sizes are for the outerwear too.

Simply put, this sale has the most remarkable Americana, vintage, traditional, East Coast, Ohio and Pennsylvania flare that we have ever seen.  These items are true, authentic, real, and not reproductions at all.  We have so much that again, you will see this all of 2025, please, look at each photo carefully.  We are going to be adding more and more pictures this year to make up for the lack of verbiage.

We have rocks and crystals too, and plenty of all kinds of fun things as well.  Lots of small collectibles as well.  Everything is high quality, and looking to find a new home.
