6) NO LARGE BAGS, please leave them in your car, or check them at the cashier area, we cannot stress this enough. Please check your large bag at the cashier area. We have ample space for holding your items.

8) We do honor street numbers. The first person in line will pass out numbers. We do not pass our numbers, but we do honor street numbers.
9) Bring assistance when removing furniture from the home, we are limited in the amount of help we can give when it comes to removing furniture from the home. If you require assistance to move furniture out of the home, a charge of $40 will be added to your purchase price.

We could not be happier to bring you this Northville Estate Sale. This perfectly clean, well kept home, is just overflowing with treasures.

We have a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Classic contemporary furniture, along with your traditional style furniture as well.

Comic books, Records, magazines, high end clothing and collectibles too!!

High end, classic and stylish holiday decorations as well.

As soon as you walk in the door, you can just see all around you the wonderful treasures that are awaiting a new home. This clean and smoke free home is filled with wonderful finds.

From vintage Pyrex, to collector tins, birdhouses, and candles, small decorative items abound.

The garage is filled with everything that you may need for yard work, spring, summer, fall, and winter.. Patio furniture as well. Inside and outside of this home is filled with all types of wonderful items.

We have a complete dining room set, nice sideboard, and an outstanding antique glass front cabinet. A remarkable table and chair set in the kitchen in a nice neutral pattern to complement any decor style.

Of course we are going to have a large selection of cooking items as well, because pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, are always items everyone is looking for.

Newer tea pots, vintage tea pots, along with some very nice vintage crystal and glassware as well.

While your walking around, please take a look at the walls too. Very nice items are lining the walls, everything from fun colorful prints to classic signs and other decor.

We have four full bedrooms, filled with clean, neat, and high quality bedroom furniture. Roll top desk, along with a couple of free sleeper sofas, might make you come out and take a look as well.

Clean and neat linens fill the linen closet too. We have blankets, and comforters, sheets, and super clean pillows as well. Floor lamps and table lamps too.

A nice selection of tools as well. Ladders in all shapes and sizes. Table and stools and shelving units too. Lots and lots of cleaning supplies as well.

The garage is well stocked with everything that a person may need , for any season in Michigan. Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. The garage is just packed with great finds, for all seasons, and all reasons.
