This Northville Estate Sale is first and foremost amazing.  We are humbled and honored to have been chosen to do this Estate Sale.

If Great Lakes Estate Sales, LLC was to have Ambassadors, the owners of this Estate would be just that.  And for that we are remarkably grateful.  Before we get into all that fun stuff we do have a few ground rules that we need to cover, and abide by:

1)  This is a NO SHOES IN THE HOME sale.  Plan accordingly, wear comfy slip on and off shoes.  Shoe protectors will be provided.

2)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, again, please plan accordingly

3)  Certain area of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

This sale, once again is just a little different from the ones that we have done in the past, which is good, and the formula for this sale will be a four day sale, divided up among two different back to back weekends, sale days will be on Saturday and Sunday. November 11th and 12th and then again on November 18th and 19th. Condo rules and regulations have graciously allowed this to happen.

This magnificent home is clean and smoke free, also pet free as well, and is as clean as clean can be, and overflowing with high end treasures, furniture, and and anything that you may need to furnish or refresh your home in time for the Holidays.

 

We have four sets of distinctive everyday china from Pfaltzgraff, Johann Haviland, Noritake and Corelle.  Each one distinctive and unique for use for everyday, or any special occasion.  We also have some very fine dining service ware and Silverplated silverware set as well.

The glorious home is filled with all types of different art work lining all the walls, and table tops and cabinets too.  Just take your time and look around at all the wonderful treasures.  Solid wood office furniture, and occasional tables as well.  Nice selection of books too.

Cut crystal and glass pieces, along with other fun vintage decorative pieces too.  A nice complete set of white service ware too, and a very stately Grandfather clock.  A few rare vintage finds are scattered around as well.  Three nice wood nesting tables, and very comfortable high end furniture, that is very comfortable, super clean, neutral in color, so it would blend nice in any room decor.

Kitchen items include pots and pans, storage containers, casserole dishes and bake ware too.  Storage cubes bins and racks too, along with storage cabinets for interior or exterior use.  a very nice collection of holiday decorations also await you too at this sale.

Beautiful one of a kind cross-stitched pieces too, that are over 100 years old.

Lots of very nice faux plants and trees at this sale to add some green to your interior during the upcoming dreaded Michigan Winter months.  Clean and decorative area rugs as well in all shapes and sizes too, for some additional pop of color in your home this Winter as well.

Thinking ahead to this upcoming Spring, we have lots and lots of golfing items too to help you practice your swing, until it is time to hit the Links again.  Lots of very nice patio furniture, table and chairs as well as a very nice fountain, and lots of outdoor items too for the yard, and gardening needs.

Saving the best for last, the Mission Style Dining Room table and six chairs is most remarkable, and in pristine condition too.  This table and chair set will not last long.
