9) Bring assistance when removing furniture from the home, we are limited in the amount of help we can give when it comes to removing furniture from the home. If you require assistance to move furniture out of the home, a charge of $40 will be added to your purchase price.

With this gem of an Estate Sale, we are very excited to start the year off with such great enthusiasm.

They say that good things come in small packages, and that is spot on correct with this Estate Sale, which is the best lead into 2024, that we could ever ask for.

Just so you know this home is also going to be for sale as well, please inquire.

We do have to get the hard stuff out of the way so here goes:

 

1)  This is a NO SHOES IN THE HOME sale.  Plan accordingly, wear comfy slip on and off shoes.  Shoe protectors will be provided.

2)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, again, please plan accordingly.  

3)  There will be no parking in the Court, do not do it at all, you will be towed. Do not park in the court, you will be towed.  Saying it thrice, DO NOT PARK IN THE COURT, YOU WILL BE TOWED

4)  Space is limited inside the home, so you may have to wait, again plan accordingly.

We are so happy to bring you our first Estate Sale of 2024, we could not be more excited.  As mentioned previously, the home is also going to be for sale as well, so please inquire.

This magnificent, tiny gem holds so many wonderful treasures, that you will be so happy to find.

Furniture, and do be certain to pay attention to all the pictures, because we have so much to offer, that pictures do not even do this sale justice.  The one item that is most noteworthy is the vintage bar cabinet, that is most certainly outstanding.

Cookie cutters, a whole basket full of them for every cookie cutter need, needle-point, cross stitch, pressed glass, vintage glass, colored glass, twin beds, lamps, rugs.  Oh, and the table and six chairs, which recently been recovered are without a doubt, in perfect condition.

And of course we are going to be offering you plenty of other deals as well.  This is a mighty gem of an Estate Sale, and the best way to kick of 2024.

A very huge lot of 1990-1991 vintage Rolling Stones magazines.  We also have a very large amount of vintage Hardy Boy books as well.  A great selection of vintage children's books as well.  We are starting to uncover a lot more great treasures!!

Boy oh boy do we have the vintage treasures.  From Lefton Christmas figures, to Delft China.  We have an outstanding set of Fiestaware in the very rare pink color.  We also have a complete Leimoges China set for six.  Great vintage board games from the 1960's and 1970's.  Vintage Pyrex Blue Train Theme Children's 3 Piece Place Setting Plate/Bowl/Cup
