6) NO LARGE BAGS, please leave them in your car, or check them at the cashier area, we cannot stress this enough. Please check your large bag at the cashier area. We have ample space for holding your items.
7) We cannot guarantee the availability of any item. We do our best to update photos.
8) We do honor street numbers. The first person in line will pass out numbers. We do not pass our numbers, but we do honor street numbers.
9) Bring assistance when removing furniture from the home, we are limited in the amount of help we can give when it comes to removing furniture from the home. If you require assistance to move furniture out of the home, a charge of $40 will be added to your purchase price.

AND SUPRISE...............It was decided that we are doing a real quick 4 hours on Sunday from 9:00 am till 1:00 pm. Over and done.

This is a two day, everything must go "We are moving" Estate Sale. This is for two days only. Friday and Saturday January 26th and 27th, 2024. Both days are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Contract with the Estate has been signed, and we start setting up on Monday January 22nd, 2024. Please help us make this sale one for the record books, you will not at all be disappointed with the items in this sale.

We are making sure that we get the word out there about this Estate Sale, early so that you can plan accordingly, mark your calendars, and prepare for this outstanding sale. You know we have to get the rules out of the way first, so here you go.

1) This is a NO SHOES IN THE HOME sale. Plan accordingly, wear comfy slip on and off shoes. Shoe protectors will be provided.

2) There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, again, please plan accordingly

3) Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public. So please pay attention to the signs. If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed. Let's not make this weird.

4) You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture. Should you require assistance and additional charge will be added .

What you will find at this sale is outstanding quality home furnishings, and decorative home items. This Estate is clean as can be, and simply impressive. You will be simply impressed with the outstanding quality of every item in this Estate.

Today is January 17th, 2024 and we will be adding photos and descriptions on January 22nd, 2024. Again, we have just a short amount of time to set up this sale, and get it ready, but we wanted you to be on the lookout for this one.

Here is the update for January 23rd, 2024. We have posted pictures, and we have more pictures to come. Again, this is a two day Estate Sale, Moving Sale, everything must go sale, happening this Friday and Saturday only. The Estate is magnificent, and clean. We have three very nice display cabinets, that are perfect for displaying all your treasures, and will go good with any type of decor.

Wonderful piece of vintage stained glass, along with various works of art, pictures, decorative items and mirrors. Office furniture and office desks, along with matching office chairs and supplies.

We have a wonderful, kitchen pub table and matching chairs, a couple of outdoor chairs, and table, we have various coffee tables, and end tables, and side tables as well. A very nice, and colorful selection of area rugs in all shapes and sizes.

We have shelves and closets full of crafting supplies, art supplies, and sewing and quilting supplies as well. We have a magnificent sewing machine and Serger, along with all the necessary spools of threads to go with said Serger, and sewing machine. We also have decorative boxes to store all your crafting, sewing, and quilting supplies as well.

Nice file cabinet, and an assortment of shop items, shelving, and more.

We have uncovered pots, pans, and other great high end small kitchen appliances. We also have a great selection of pots and pans too. Casserole and serving dishes, storage containers too.
