Privately Listed Sale- Cash and Credit Cards taken. There will be a 3% convenience charge for using credit card. Masks must be worn! Only a certain number of people will be aloud in the house at one time. The garages will be open and not limited to a number of people in them. Must bring YOUR OWN BOXES to carry and package your purchases. You need to also bring your own help to take apart and carry out your items. All items must be removed by 5 pm on Sunday (2/28/2021). We are not responsible for accidents. Items all sold as is and no refunds!!! There will be a sign up sheet outside on a chair near the front door at 4 pm on Thursday , the day before the sale. The address will be posted earlier that day.
