ALL SALES FINAL! Not responsible for accidents. All items sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" meaning you must make arrangements for removing heavy items (Bring your own 'muscle'). Payment by cash, check or credit card. No buyers' premium. NO EARLY SALES! Due to the number of items, we will not be able to provide pricing information prior to the estate sale. Thank you for understanding! NOTE: The cell phone reception in this neighborhood is 'spotty' at best. We may not be able to process credit cards because of this. I encourage you to bring cash or a check book just in case we cannot process credit cards.
