- We will NOT be passing out street numbers, we will let people in by the order they are lined up outside of the entrance.

- Please bring help to move larger items. We may be able to assist if we are not busy, but do not rely on it.
- All purchased items must be removed before 4pm on the final sale day (or they will be donated with no refund)
- There are absolutely no refunds or exchange. Please check all of your items before you purchase them. We do not offer guarantees on any item.
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss of or damage to personal property.
- Please be courteous of the neighbors and be mindful of where you park.

$5 fill a bag sale will start at NOON.
All furniture and large items will be 50% off.
You may enter and exit the house through the garage door or the front door only. Please look for posted signs inside the house.
