Sign up sheet will be made available at the house front door. Numbers will be handed out at 8:30.
Pole barn/shop will open first at 8:45 and then the house/garage and tent at 9 AM.

Parking will be available in the grass area down by pole barn/shop.

Location for the sale will be at a rebuilt/replaced home as a result of a "complete loss" fire aproximately 4 years ago.  All contents were replaced and therefore are either slightly used or even usused.  In addition, after the fire, a polebarn/shop was constructed. The home has been sold and owner is moving out of the country leaving all contents to be liquidated.  In addition, to enhance the sale we are relocating items from an estate that comes from a Spring Lake frontage home that was in a location that was not suitable for an onsite sale. Many items from this retired doctor's home, relate to his profession and hobbies, ex: medical books, fishing, carpentry tools, and much more.  Also included will be some quality furniture pieces as well as household "smalls". 

Almost all items are being displayed in the pole barn, garage and tent. The exceptions are some major furniture pieces: beds, dressers, table sets, couch/chair set, bookcases, etc.  These exceptions are on the main level of the house. We respectfully request that shoes be removed to enter the main level of the house.
