*Street numbers will be available one hour before the sale begins. If anyone gets there before 9 a.m. and starts the street number process, we will honor those numbers. This is a small house, and the number of shoppers entering may be limited/controlled throughout the sale hours if necessary.
*Masks are required to enter the sale. If you feel sick or have been in contact with anyone who is sick, please do not come. We reserve the right to refuse entry and or a service to anyone exhibiting Covid symptoms.
*All items are sold as is, no returns or exchanges at any time. Customers are encouraged to fully inspect/test (if possible) items before purchasing. Electronics and watches have not been tested. Some outlets and extension cords are available for you to test items if you wish. All watches are vintage (or older) and have non-working batteries.
*Cash and credit cards are accepted. Cash preferred. **An additional 3% fee will be charged on all credit card purchases.

There is SO much stuff in this house there isn't nearly enough room to display it all. This sale includes tons of items that you just cannot find anymore, unique items, things that remind you of living in decades long ago, from the 1930s - 1980s.
