By entering the premises, all attendees acknowledge that the property is a residential property that is under construction and may contain uneven flooring, stairs, thresholds, changes in elevation, narrow walkways, debris, loose carpeting, outdoor surfaces, and other conditions that may present tripping or slipping hazards. Visitors enter the property at their own risk and are responsible for exercising reasonable care while on the premises.

Children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Attendees are encouraged to wear appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes) and exercise caution throughout the property, including inside the residence, garage, outbuildings, driveway, and outdoor areas.

The property owner, estate representatives, sale organizers, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or theft occurring on the premises, except where liability cannot be waived under applicable law. By attending the sale, visitors voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering and moving throughout the property and grounds.
