We are now handing out numbers starting at 8am . If someone starts a street list I will use that list to hand out the numbers at 8am so please be on site to get your number at 8am the day of the sale.
*** YOU MUST BRING OR ARRANGE FOR YOUR OWN LOADING HELP ON ALL ITEMS!
***ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS/ WHERE IS", so please inspect everything carefully before paying.
***No Refunds or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS, so be sure to inspect you treasures carefully.
***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY WHILE YOU ARE VISITING THIS ESTATE SALE
***No Public restroom. All areas are being used for display, storage, and/or have security cameras in them.
***Security Cameras are in use at all times
You must use one of OUR tags (with your name on it) to tag larger items that you can not carry to your holding area.
***Please bring own BOXES / BAGS / and WRAPPING, as we are always running low
