WE WILL PUT OUT A LIST AT 9AM THE DAY OF THE SALE. Sale starts at 10, and we will call numbers as is appropriate for the size of the house.

There is no bathroom for visitors. Please bring help to load furniture or heavy items. WE WILL NOT HELP MOVE BIG ITEMS.

Strictly a first-come, first-served sale, NO SALES OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE.

This is a living estate sale, and the owners of the property will be on-site. The house has been sold, SO PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE HOUSE ITSELF, AND DON'T CAUSE DAMAGE TO WALLS, ETC.
