You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

Hey Oscoda, we are back, and this one is packing a big punch, and we mean a BIG punch.

Of course Great Lakes Estate Sales is honored to be doing another sale on the Great Lake of Huron.  And this Estate Sale is going to be one for the record books, would you like to know why?  We are pleased to tell you.

Everything is going to be for sale, and we do mean everything from floor to ceiling, and wall to wall!

So please do take your mind, and understand that everything is for sale.  So with that being said, the windows, the trim, the stove, the cabinets, everything, is for sale.  EVERYTHING!!!

The house is going to be taken down so we are tasked with selling everything.  That means, all the interior doors, all the flooring, all the trim, and the molding, all the tile all the fixtures, and all the trim molding too.

All the decorative trim, all the case and base molding, and all the flooring too.  Might as well include all the tubs, showers, and toilets too.  Interior lights as well, everything that is on the exterior of the home has to go, doorbell and chimes too.

YOU ARE GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS FROM THE HOUSE, AND YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE TO REMOVE THOSE ITEMS CLEAN AND SAFE.  AND WE KNOW THAT YOU JUST UNDERSTOOD WHAT WE JUST SAID.
