We’re doing $10 bins….fill your bin with a load you carry…choose fro 1,000’s of items!  Or fill the trunk of your car for $80!!!   Truck bed load…$100!  Come clear us out!

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND BINS, we are not selling our bins.  We will need our bins to clean up after the sale.  
*****WE WILL BE MAKING AWESOME DEALS EVERYDAY OF THE SALE.  BY SUNDAY OCT. 6th, the last day of this GiNORMOUS SALE,  we will have a “FILL-A-BIN” with however much you can carry, for $10!!

*****THIS SALE WAS ORIGINALLY GOING TO BE A 2 Phase sale but we couldn’t decide how we would only put half of the items out.  This 7 DAY SALE just seemed like a better way to allow EVERYTHING to be exposed at one GINORMOUS SALE.  You definitely need to plan on a full day of treasure hunting here!

*****WILL NOT HAVE A SIGN-UP SHEET, WE WILL NOT Allow anyone to enter the property until 10 AM.  CUSTOMERS MUST STAY BEHIND the orange cone barriers until we remove the barriers at 10 AM.   At that time, customers will be able to go to ALL open areas of the home, garage, metal garage, and expansive barn (remember the barn has several additions and that 2 of those additions you have to walk around the outside of the barn to get to). We just think that the property is so large that a sign-up sheet would not make sense.  But if you guys want to lineup, that is fine.  We will put important information up for you guys to read while you wait. (I.e: a general idea of what things are where) and whatever else we think of that might be helpful.  


******FIRST AND FOREMOST, WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!—-We DON’T want anyone to come to this sale without understanding how overwhelming this sale is.  We ARE TRYING to organize each area with “LIKE” things but unfortunately (or fortunately if you like lots of treasure hunting) this place was too packed for us to be perfectly organized.  There are MANY tight spots here.  Besides the totally OVERFLOWING Shelves and tables, there are 100’s of bins that we just couldn’t unpack because the tables and shelves were already overflowing.IF PACKED bothers you, be warned, we know that in the world of estate sales there’s always “PACKED” but this particular sale definitely takes “PACKED” up 10 levels.  
*****SECONDLY****—-IF YOU HATE ITEMS NOT BEING PRICED, then you will hate this sale.  There are 1,000’s of items here, and it would have taken weeks more to have priced EVERYTHING! BUT, many items will have prices (i.e: John Deere, Barbies, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and many other items).  
*****HOW IT WILL WORK—-“THE MORE YOU BUY, THE BETTER THE DEALS!!!  BULK BUYERS WILL GET THE ADVANTAGE.  (If you’re buying one or two items you’re still getting a deal but probably not as good of a deal as the BULK buyers)  So bring your pile up to the register when you are ready to cash out and we will add up the priced items with the unpriced items and give you a TOTAL price!  WE May “dicker” with you a bit on that TOTAL price BUT WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO GO BACK OVER EACH OF YOUR ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY TO GIVE YOU PRICES.  Hopefully, you all can understand this so that we can move people through the line as quickly as possible.

*****PATIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED!!!! **** Please understand that we want to be able to answer your questions, but you might have to wait a bit before we can get to you, If it seems like we’re busy and can’t get to you by all means, you could go walk around and look at other things and try to come back to us when the line isn’t so long****
****WE WILL HAVE “HOLDING BINS” CLEARLY MARKED “HOLDING BINS”. We will try our best to watch people, but the best thing we can do is supply paper and markers so that you can put your name on a paper and tape it to your holding bin.  We ARE NOT Responsible for the jerks that knowingly remove items from your CLEARLY marked “holding bin”. 

*****ALL JOHN DEERE, BARBIES, HOT WHEELS AND ALL SMALL ITEMS MUST GO INTO HOLDING BINS!!  FOR MANY REASONS (i.e THEFT, or deciding the items aren’t wanted and dropping them into a different area than where they belong)

HOUSE:  Barbies, Coca Cola, Vintage Clothing, Collectible Dolls, Owls, Brass Collectibles, Pots and Pans, Dishes, Costume Jewelry, Housewares, Books, Vintage Purses, Shoe Collection, Furniture etc.  and more.  There is a basement as well. 

SMALL METAL GARAGE: More Clothing, Crafty Stuff, Miscellaneous 

BIG BARN:  Tool Area, Antique Glass Area, Vintage Games, Vintage Coffee Mugs, and MUCH MORE.  There’s a giant Christmas Area toward the North end of the Barn,  There are also 2 OTHER attached areas to the barn that you must walk around the outside of the barn to get to…DON’T miss those!  One of those areas is FILLED with Halloween Decor, canning jars, John Deere lawnmowers, and tons of miscellaneous.  Another outer room is filled with lawn decorations and gardening items.
 

• WE DISCOURAGE BRINGING CHILDREN, Please, we love children, but we just think that this place is so packed that it will be hard enough for adults to navigate through let alone children.  
• This GINORMOUS SALE was the home of a 92 yr old lovely lady that was an AVID collector of ALL things Barbie, John Deere, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Owl’s, Porcelain Dolls, ELVIS and well….pretty much anything else you could possibly imagine!  You really won’t believe HOW MUCH STUFF is here!  It’s a 1,600 sq ft ranch with a basement, 2 car garage, a separate metal garage, and a giant metal barn with several large additions.  Each area is definitely soo packed with different items and bins that we have been busy setting out so that you can treasure hunt!  We didn’t want to do a two phase sale because we wanted EVERYTHING to be unearthed and available to sell in one GINORMOUS SALE!  ********This sale will BE A SEVEN DAY SALE and run THROUGH SUNDAY OCTOBER 6th.  WE WILL ADD THE DAYS ONTO THIS SITE AS WE MOVE THROUGH THE SALE WEEK******This being said, please realize that it will take you time to go through this expansive estate and be prepared (i.e dress accordingly, bring gloves, flashlights, boxes, bags) to enjoy the hunt!  We won’t be able to picture everything as that would take forever.  We will be accepting CASH,CREDIT, AND DEBIT (no fees) (NO CHECKS) The 2 car garage is filled with shelving PACKED with EVERYTHING JOHN DEERE:
