- There will be NO returns, refunds, or warranties on any items. All sales are final once purchased. Everything we sell is sold AS IS.

- Please bring help to move larger items, we will help if available but if you know your buying a large item, we ask that you bring help. Thank you.
- There will be NO public bathroom on site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.
-We DO NOT accept sign up sheets or lists. Please stand in line when you arrive and we will hand out #s when we arrive based on the line you have formed. No #s are passed out on day 2 or 3.

This place is packed with some really great treasures!
Please be sure to mark your calendars for next week Thursday and Friday August 1st and 2nd. You are sure to find some great pieces. ALL items have been re-priced to liquidate. The pricing structure will be full price on day 1 and 50% off on day 2.
