Tanning Salon Liquidation Auction

Payment Terms: Payment of cash or check must be made at auction site (5834 Monroe St., Sylvania, OH). Full payment must be made before any item will be released to buyer. A 10% buyers premium will apply to all sales. 5% convenience fee added for Credit Card purchases. Successful bidders will receive an email invoice within 24 hours of the auction close, payable to Leonard's.

The Bidder, grants the Auction Company a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after 24 HOURS of the invoice date for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, storage disposal fees as well as for any other costs, charges and/or fees incurred. We charge a $100 processing fee for processing credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed in our favor.

Any asset involving a title will be held until funds have been verified. Titles must be assigned to the buyer or some other identity.

Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please do not bid.

Removal: Item is only to be removed after purchase. A PAID RECEIPT from Leonard's is required for pickup. All purchases must be picked up at auction location (5834 Monroe St., Sylvania, OH). PICK UP DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS MONDAY NOVEMBER 27, 2017 FROM 12PM - 3PM AND TUESDAY NOVEMBER 28, 2017 FROM 4PM - 7PM! ANY ITEMS LEFT AFTER FINAL REMOVAL DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND DISPOSED OF.

Minimum starting bid of $1.00 unless otherwise specified. Anyone starting bid less that $1.00 will be deleted. If a bidder doesn’t comply with these terms they will be banned from bidding in any current or future auctions.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING PROFESSIONAL HELP TO DISASSEMBLE AND LOAD THEIR OWN MERCHANDISE!!
